The biggest challenge on international trade business is the confidence between parts. On charcoal business it´s even more complicated because the suppliers can not send samples. So you must to take decisions just with photos and videos.
About the safe money, after we closed the deal we send to the customer the proforma invoice with all our information and also we send oficial documents, so you can check if the company really exist in the goverment oficial web page. We work from Colombia and Paraguay countries, from Paraguay you can check all this information but from Colombia is more difficult to check the companies, so we offer a better payment term: 100% against document from there.
We are focus on get the best quality with competitive prices, however we are not competitive in some countries that are looking for cheapest prices, we sell to demanding market, this is our indentity.
So… how you can trust on us ? I told you before that we cant send samples because is prohibited (its a fammable product), however we send to the customers quality certificates from a laboratory from the origin country that certified the quality and you can check it if you want contacting this laboratory. Also we send you pictures and videos of charcoal and bags, and if you are still with dubt about us, we sell to many countries so we have commercial references (we don´t send to everyone a commercial reference, first we need to trust on you as well).
To finish this article, i want to say that we are looking for longer business relationships, we are not interested on sell you one container and nothing else, we want to have a satisfied customer who want to buy us everytime.
